Associate Compensation and Benefits
Rhoades McKee’s compensation structure is competitive with other medium-sized, full practice law firms in western Michigan. We seek quality associates and pay competitive wages and benefits. All associate salaries are adjusted each year as part of our annual associate evaluation process. Associates are also eligible for bonuses.
All entry-level associates are paid a stipend to help defray bar expenses and associates will be given adequate time to study for the Michigan bar exam. Rhoades McKee offers a wide range of benefits, including, but not limited to:
