Rhoades McKee Reeds Lake Triathlon

On September 12, 2009, nearly 1,000 participants competed in the Annual Rhoades McKee Reeds Lake Triathlon. First Place overall was taken by Jenison's Jimi Minnema, followed by Matt Smith and Rhoades McKee attorney, Eric Starck.

The Rhoades McKee Reeds Lake Triathlon seeks to benefit St. John's Home. For over 100 years, St. John's Home has brought hope to the lives of countless abused, neglected and troubled children. Due to the participant contributions, over $1,000 was raised to benefit the kids at St. John's Home at this year's event.

The annual event is scheduled to take place next year on Saturday, September 11, 2010.
