Pamela J. Farrer-Cross
Pam graduated from Aquinas College
in 1992 where she received a bachelors in business administration.
She obtained her law degree from the University of Toledo
Law School where she was a member of the Moot Court Team
competing in the areas of tax controversy during her
second and third years. During her third year of law
school, Pam also was a class representative for the Student
Bar Association and coached a second year Moot Court
Team competition.
Pam focuses her practice in the
areas of probate and sophisticated estate planning. She
assists clients in the areas of drafting estate planning
documents, counseling various types of fiduciaries, litigating
probate issues, establishing guardianships, reviewing
tax issues, and advising regarding transfers of wealth.
Pam is a member of the Grand Rapids
Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. Pam is
also a member of Business Networking International and
currently serves as her chapter’s education coordinator.
Pam is a co-author of
an article entitled Estate Planning and Divorce which
was published in the April, 2003 Michigan Family Law
Journal. Pam is a frequent lecturer and speaker at various
probate and estate planning seminars including those
sponsored by the National Business Institute.
