LaRissa Hollingsworth is a native of Lansing, Michigan but has made Grand Rapids home. She is an associate attorney at Rhoades McKee practicing in its litigation area. Ms. Hollingsworth graduated from Michigan State University’s Honors College, earning a degree in Business Administration—Pre Law in 2000. Thereafter, she attended Wayne State University Law School, earning her Juris Doctor in May 2003.
Ms. Hollingsworth was named one of ten Lawyers of the Year for 2004 by Lawyers Weekly USA for her victory in a controversial prisoner rights case where she obtained a $200,000 verdict on behalf of her client from a federal jury in her first year out of law school.
