Molly is an associate concentrating her practice in the areas of real estate, environmental and construction law.

Prior to joining Rhoades McKee, Molly served as a marketing and legal associate for The Homestead in Glen Arbor, Michigan.  While with The Homestead, Molly managed in-house aspects of complex real estate transactions including participating in the negotiation and drafting of transactional documents.  She has worked on key environmental issues in the context of real estate development and has handled the application of LEED 2009 standards in various development contexts.
