Joe has over twelve years of experience specializing in creditors rights.  He assists the banking industry in obtaining and enforcing judgments as well as repossessing and liquidating real and personal property.  He also has extensive representative experience assisting bankruptcy trustees in a variety of actions including but not limited to recovering and liquidating of estate property.

In addition to assisting the banking industry, Joe also represents debtors and financially stressed companies as well as receivers appointed in state court actions and defending recipients of preferential transfers in bankruptcy cases.

Serving local charitable organizations, Joe serves to establish and form 501(c)(3) entities.
