Laurie M. Strong

A lifetime Michigander and 20 year resident of West Michigan, Laurie received her Bachelor’s degree with Distinction in Political Science and Economics from the University of Michigan in 1979 and her Juris Doctorate from Wayne State University in 1982.

Since commencing private practice in Grand Rapids with Rhoades McKee in 1982, Laurie has specialized in litigation with a practice emphasis on professional medical malpractice claims, medical device litigation, general liability and insurance coverage disputes. She is admitted to practice in all Michigan Courts, the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the United States District Court for both the Western and Eastern Districts.

Laurie is a member of the State Bar of Michigan, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Michigan Defense Bar and the National Defense Research Institute.
