The Tax Law Practice Group at Rhoades
McKee, headed by Ed Goodrich, consists of attorneys and
other tax professionals with a depth of experience and
expertise in representing and advising individuals and
businesses in all aspects of both civil and criminal
federal and state tax issues. Several of the attorneys
in the Tax Group, including Tom Hogan, Randy Kolar, Pete
Lozicki and Bob Shaver are CPA’s. Two
of our tax attorneys, Mark Pendery and Terry Zabel, formerly
represented the Internal Revenue Service regarding technical
tax issues and tax litigation and two of our tax professionals
, Don Campbell and Tom Clifford, are former Revenue Agents
for the Internal Revenue Service.
