How do you assist the firm in creating value for the client?
As the Chief Operating Officer, I am responsible for synthesizing strategy and vision with all business practices at the firm. I review the efficiency of current business functions, plan changes and updates to operations, and work with other administrative staff to meet our goal of client service. This allows our attorneys to provide the most qualitative legal services for our clients.
