About Elizabeth

How do you help businesses and individuals?

As a litigator, I counsel individuals and businesses in resolving disputes. Most of my practice involves representing clients in federal and state court proceedings. I also have experience in administrative law and regulation as well as working with governmental agencies to bring a result beneficial to my client’s needs.

What sets you apart from other lawyers in your practice field?

The depth and breadth of my legal experience and ability to listen and offer wise counsel sets me apart from other lawyers. I have practiced law in three different regions of this country and represented businesses and individuals in real estate transactions, contract disputes, administrative licensing actions, family law concerns, and constitutional questions. I care deeply about my clients and believe their objectives should govern the strategy in the lawsuit. I strive to represent their objective with integrity to both the opposing side and the tribunal.

What has been the most exciting news you have had to deliver to a client?

Without a doubt, the most exciting news that I get to deliver to my client is a decision in our favor. My job is to assist my clients through court or administrative proceedings so that they can run their businesses, serve their employees and communities, take care of their families, and in general, do what they love.
