About Keysharri

How do you help businesses and individuals?

I help my clients by providing sound legal advice and representation supported by the law. I strive to find solutions to their problems and provide valuable insight on how to avoid potential issues in the future. I regularly assist individuals and businesses in a wide range of litigation issues, including but not limited to contractual disputes, property disputes, and fiduciary obligations.

What sets you apart from other lawyers in your practice field?

I started my legal career as a Prosecuting Attorney. I worked on high stress and high stake cases. That position provided me with courtroom experience, arguing various motions and conducting trials. This experience translates well into civil litigation because I am not afraid to go to trial when it is necessary. I have a unique ability to recognize whether a trial or a resolution is in the best interest of my client. I have dealt with all types of people and gained an exceptional talent to de-escalate situations and provide a different perspective for my clients.

What did you learn in your first year of practice that you still utilize today?

Don’t be afraid to ask questions. That applies to my clients as well as myself. For my clients, I would prefer them to seek my advice if they are unsure what the best course of action is or should be. I can help resolve their current problem and, hopefully, avoid future ones. Similarly, if my client comes to me with a problem I have not encountered, I will find the answer through research or ask for advice from someone with specific knowledge and experience. I know what I don’t know and am not afraid to learn new things and tackle new challenges.

Q: What is the most important ingredient to a positive legal experience?

A:

Listening. Attorneys should listen to their client’s immediate needs and long-term goals, and clients should heed their attorney’s advice to obtain the best possible outcome in each case.
