How do you assist the firm in creating value for the client?

As a member of both the real estate and business law teams, I work alongside attorneys to ensure our client’s matters are handled both efficiently and cost-effectively. I routinely assist business clients with filing organizational documents, UCC/lien searches, and drafting agreements. As for real estate clients, I assist with communicating with title and survey professionals to help coordinate due diligence deadlines and prepare for closings. I also review and draft documents for purchases and sales.
