Rhoades McKee Welcomes Human Resources Manager

Rhoades McKee is pleased to announce that Sarah Vander Meulen has joined the firm as a Human Resources Manager.

As Human Resources Manager, she will be responsible for developing and implementing people management strategies that strengthen the organizational culture and foster a thriving work environment that encourages productivity, engagement, teamwork, and growth to better serve clients.

Before joining Rhoades McKee, Vander Meulen served as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Canyon Equities, a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at National Heritage Academies, and a Human Resources Generalist at Shape Corporation.

Vander Meulen graduated from Davenport University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
