Thomas P. Hogan

Born March 30, 1948, Mr. Hogan received a BBA, cum laude, from the University of Notre Dame in 1970 and a JD in 1974. He was admitted to the Michigan bar in 1974 and is also a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Hogan’s practice is concentrated in the business arena and includes corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, mergers, acquisitions, and real estate transactions.

He has served as Chairman of the Firm’s Executive Committee and on the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society, the West Michigan Dental Foundation, and St. Mary Magdalene’s Parish Council. He is currently on the board of Crystal Springs Country Club. Mr. Hogan is an avid golfer but struggles to make bogies.
