Our commercial and financial services team assists lenders and borrowers in structuring, negotiating and documenting commercial loans, loan modifications, restructurings and other complex financial arrangements, including leveraged buyouts, acquisition financing and recapitalizations.  We actively represent our clients in a variety of industries and at varying stages of their business life cycle for all aspects of their financing needs.
