John Lichtenberg is a shareholder at Rhoades McKee and serves as the Chair of the firm's health care practice group.  He works with physicians, physician practice groups and other health care providers in connection with contracting, compliance and employment issues. He successfully defended one of the area's largest federal whistleblower retaliation claims.

John also handles a wide range of complex commercial litigation matters, including defense of class and collective actions, and he has extensive experience and expertise in labor, employment and employee benefit matters.
