Tony is a shareholder of Rhoades McKee who focuses his practice mostly on closely held businesses, mergers and acquisitions, tax planning and commercial transactions.

He has served as legal counsel to the Grand Rapids Junior Chamber of Commerce, the Grand Rapids Jaycees Foundation and the 2002 and 2003 Farmers Charity Classic PGA Champions Tour Golf Tournament.

Tony has presented seminars regarding various business law topics to several professional organizations including Michigan Small Business & Techhnology Development Center.

Prior to joining Rhoades McKee, he clerked with the Minnesota Court of Appeals.
