Grand Rapids, Michigan – June 2025 – Rhoades McKee is pleased to welcome Drew Bell and Brian Rzeppa as part of the firm’s 2025 Summer Associate Program. The program offers law students a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience and insight into the legal profession while working alongside the firm’s attorneys.
Throughout the summer, Drew and Brian will participate in a variety of substantive legal projects across more than 25 practice areas. They will also have the opportunity to observe client meetings, mediations, depositions, hearings, and trials to provide a comprehensive view of legal practice in a full-service firm setting.
Drew Bell
Drew Bell recently completed his second year at Michigan State University College of Law. He holds a bachelor’s degree from Liberty University, where he studied following his distinguished service as a Maritime Enforcement Specialist in the United States Coast Guard.
Prior to joining Rhoades McKee, Drew served as a Legal Extern for the Ingham County Probate Court and worked as a Summer Associate and Litigation Paralegal at Mike Morse Law Firm in Southfield, Michigan.
Brian Rzeppa
Brian Rzeppa is entering his final year at Notre Dame Law School, where he has focused on developing a well-rounded legal foundation. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the United States Sports Academy and a Master’s Degree from Western Governors University.
Before joining Rhoades McKee, Brian gained legal experience as a Law Clerk with Gene Ferguson Family Lawyer, PLLC in Trenton, Michigan. He also brings a unique perspective from his previous career in the automotive industry, where he served as a Senior Project Manager Team Lead at Ford Motor Company.
