Rhoades McKee is pleased to announce that Nate Davis, Morgan Hofmann and Claire Thiel have joined the firm.
Nate Davis
Davis joins Rhoades McKee as an Associate on the Real Estate Law and Environmental Teams. He routinely assists in advising clients on permitting, regulatory compliance, enforcement, and obtaining brownfield incentives. He also helps developers, manufacturers, and commercial and industrial businesses buy, sell, and lease property.
Davis is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce. He earned his undergraduate degree from Hope College and his law degree from the Ohio State University Moritz College of Law.
Morgan Hofmann
As an Associate on the Dispute Resolution and Litigation Team, Hofmann primarily focuses on no-fault and personal injury litigation, including claims arising from auto accidents, negligence, and premises liability. She also handles commercial and civil litigation matters, including breach of contract claims and insurance coverage disputes for both businesses and individuals.
Hofmann earned her undergraduate degree from Grand Valley State University and her law degree from the Michigan State University College of Law. She is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce.
Claire Thiel
As an Associate on the Estate Planning and Administration Team, Thiel works with individuals and families at different stages of life. She helps clients make informed decisions about their future and put plans in place to ensure those wishes can be carried out. She also assists individuals after the loss of a loved one, guiding clients through the probate process or the administration of a trust.
Thiel earned her undergraduate degree from Hope College and her law degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law. She is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce.
