About Hailey

What types of legal issues do you help individuals and businesses resolve?

I handle a wide variety of legal issues, including easement and boundary disputes, landlord-tenant matters, Homeowners’ Association disputes, use restrictions, business litigation, and general civil cases.

What skills help you advise the client and achieve the best results or outcomes?

With a background in Psychology, I am able to address the emotional aspects of litigation while helping the client maintain focus on the end goal of resolution. Sometimes people just need someone to listen to what they are going through and lay out the potential path to resolving whatever that may be.

What did you learn in your first year of practice that you still utilize today?

Communication is key. It is important to have the tough conversations and address any hurdles as soon as they arise. I believe an informed client is a confident client. Maintaining open and effective communication throughout the legal process ensures the client understands their options, feels fully supported, and is empowered to make important decisions at every turn.

Q: What do you enjoy most about being a lawyer?

A:

Advocacy. As a lawyer, you become the dedicated voice for your client, giving them the opportunity to be heard in circumstances where they often have felt unheard or unsupported. Stepping into that role and ensuring they are able to tell their side of the story and advocate for their interests is exactly why I do this work.
