About Morgan
What legal issues do your clients typically face?
My practice focuses primarily on no-fault and personal injury litigation, including claims arising from auto accidents, negligence, and premises liability. I represent individuals who are navigating some of the most difficult periods of their lives following a serious injury. In the aftermath, clients are often dealing with overwhelming medical bills that make it difficult to focus on healing, leaving them worried about how they’ll afford the next appointment and sometimes hesitant to seek the care they need. I help them understand their rights, address disputes with insurance carriers, and pursue the benefits and compensation the law provides.
I also handle commercial and civil litigation matters, including breach of contract claims and insurance coverage disputes for both businesses and individuals. Whether the issue involves enforcing contractual rights, resolving coverage disagreements, or addressing other complex civil disputes, the goal is to protect clients’ interests and achieve efficient resolutions.
What skills help you advise the client and achieve the best results or outcomes?
Strong advocacy begins with listening. I take time to understand my clients’ goals, concerns, and the personal and practical challenges they’re facing so that our legal approach reflects what matters most to them. In injury cases, that may mean navigating medical treatment, financial pressure, and uncertainty about recovery. In business or contract disputes, clients are often concerned about protecting their operations, their financial stability, and their livelihoods. Each decision is made with these considerations in mind.
From there, I focus on thorough case analysis and early identification of key issues. Evaluating strengths and vulnerabilities early allows for clear direction and informed decision-making. Throughout the process, I prioritize clear communication so clients feel informed, supported, and confident in the decisions being made.
What case did you find the most rewarding to work on?
The cases I find most rewarding are those where I am able to help someone through a difficult situation and see them find a sense of closure on the other side. It is truly satisfying to handle the heavy lifting of a legal battle so my clients can focus on their recovery or their business and move forward with peace of mind.
