About Peter

What types of legal issues do you help individuals and businesses resolve?

I guide employers through the complexities of state and federal employment laws, helping them navigate the ever-evolving landscape of regulations that impact their daily operations. Whether addressing workplace disputes or ensuring compliance, I provide timely, strategic legal counsel that empowers businesses to foster stronger and positive relationships with their workforce.

What skills help you advise the client and achieve the best results or outcomes?

Effective communication is necessary for achieving successful outcomes. Clear and concise communication is essential for resolving legal matters efficiently, whether engaging with clients, opposing counsel, or the courts.

What did you learn in your first year of practice that you still utilize today?

One of the most valuable lessons I have learned is the importance of asking questions. When analyzing a legal problem, it’s often the case that “you don’t know what you don’t know.” The missing pieces of information can be just as crucial—if not more so—than what’s already in hand. You may uncover essential information for crafting a solution by digging deeper and seeking out the unknowns.
