Baginski Joins Rhoades McKee as an Associate

A recent graduate of the University of Notre Dame Law School, Adam Baginski joins the Business Law, Real Estate Law, and the Estate Planning and Administration teams.  He will assist business owners in navigating the corporate landscape including but not limited to governance, real estate, tax, and succession issues.

Prior to graduation, Baginski worked with Rhoades McKee as a Summer Clerk in 2018.  While in law school, he also volunteered at a low-income tax clinic.  He assisted clients to navigate tax disputes with the IRS that often included responding to IRS notices, audits, appeals collection matters, and federal tax litigation.

Baginski is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan. He completed his undergraduate degree from the University of Michigan.
