Rhoades McKee is pleased to announce that Pam Cross has been named as Chair of the Estate Planning and Trust Administration Team. As Practice Chair, Cross is responsible for guiding practice development growth and overseeing the delivery of the Estate Planning, Probate Litigation, and Trust Administration services to individuals and families in West Michigan.
As an estate planning and probate litigation attorney, Cross helps individuals, families and business owners preserve their legacy through proper estate planning and by working with them to resolve family strife during times of a disability or death. She offers clients a unique advantage because of her experience in negotiating and settling probate litigation matters.
She has earned the respect of her peers and colleagues. Cross has been named as a “Women in the Law” by Michigan Lawyers Weekly, a Best Lawyers of America®, Trusts and Estates, and as a Grand Rapids Magazine, Top Lawyer in Trusts and Estates. She has also served on the Rhoades McKee Executive Committee – Vice President, the Grand Rapids Community Foundation – Advisory Committee, the Western Michigan Estate Planning Council – Secretary, and The Arc Kent County – Board President.
She earned her undergraduate degree from Aquinas College and her law degree from the University of Toledo School of Law.
