Rhoades McKee is pleased to announce that Meaghan Clayton was recently elected as a Shareholder. With over 50 attorneys and three offices (Grand Rapids, Hastings, and Holland), the firm has grown to include 37 shareholders.

Meaghan focuses her practice in the areas of human resources and employment law. She supports clients in all aspects of employment and independent contractor relationships, including policy and contract creation and implementation as well as providing advice and conflict resolution. Meaghan routinely reports on new laws and regulations to help clients stay up-to-date when navigating the ever-changing landscape of state and local employment laws.

In addition to being licensed in Michigan, Illinois, and Minnesota, she is a member of the Women Lawyers Association of Michigan, the American Health Law Association, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, and the Labor and Employment Sections of the State Bar of Michigan and the American Bar Association. Meaghan completed her Bachelor of Arts from Queen’s University in Canada, her Master of Arts from Northern Illinois University, and her Juris Doctor from UIC Law.
