About Jennifer
How do you assist the firm in creating value for the client?
I believe in treating clients like they are family and interacting with them on a personal level. When clients call us it’s often in a time of crisis when someone close to them has died. It can be a very difficult and emotional call for them to make. Some may have never called a lawyer’s office before and often do not know the kinds of questions to ask. My job is to help them through the process to make it as comfortable as possible for them. There is no greater feeling than being able to console someone and know that you have made a difference in their lives.
