How do you assist the firm in creating value for the client?
My role in our firm is to assist both our medical malpractice defense and litigation departments by acquiring HIPAA releases as well as obtaining and organizing medical records in a timely fashion. I communicate with our clients, our experts, and with treating healthcare professionals involved in the case. My role within the team is to provide them with all of the necessary materials in an organized and comprehensive format so that they can understand all of the issues involved and utilize our legal expertise to direct the best outcomes for all parties involved.
