How do you assist the firm in creating value for the client?

As a litigation paralegal focused in the area of personal injury, my role is centered on supporting both our attorneys and our clients through every stage of the litigation process to build strong, well-organized cases that clearly tell our clients’ stories and demonstrate the full impact of their injuries. I work closely with clients to gather records, track damages, and ensure their stories are clearly documented, while also serving as a reliable point of contact throughout the litigation process. I understand that many of our clients are navigating difficult, painful, and unexpected situations, and I strive to make the legal process easier by explaining the expected steps and timeline, and by being compassionate and detail-oriented.

Behind the scenes, I support our attorneys from pre-litigation through post-trial and appeals, by managing discovery, tracking damages, confirming we have updated medical records, and ensuring deadlines are met. By keeping cases organized, I help reduce delays and strengthen our position in negotiations and at trial.

My goal is to add value by helping our clients feel heard and supported while contributing to the thorough preparation needed to pursue the best possible outcome on their behalf.
