(February 4, 2019) Rhoades McKee is pleased to announce that Jacob Dunlop and Stephanie Myott-Beebe were recently elected to Shareholder.
Dunlop focuses his practice helping entrepreneurs, their businesses and families navigate a broad range of corporate issues including business formation, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, credit facilities and real estate matters. He serves on the Young Professionals Committee of the Association of Corporate Growth of Western Michigan and as a Board Member for Wedgwood Christian Services.
A member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan, Dunlop was recently recognized by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as a 2018 Up and Coming Lawyer. The annual list is published after careful consideration of attorneys who in their first ten years of practice go above-and-beyond, display the ambition, drive, determination, and accomplishments that set them apart among their peers.
Dunlop earned a Bachelor of Arts from Michigan State University and his Juris Doctor from Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
Myott-Beebe concentrates her practice in Estate Planning and Administration. She assists families in West Michigan by planning for incapacity, providing for the distribution of property after death, establishing conservatorships and guardianships, and administering estates and trusts. She holds a Certificate of Completion in the areas of Probate and Estate Planning issued by the Institute of Continuing Legal Education and the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the State Bar of Michigan.
Myott-Beebe serves on the Professional Advisory Committee of the Porter Hills Foundation. A member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan, she frequently volunteers as a 3Rs Program Instructor and as a Constitution Day Volunteer in the Grand Rapids Public Schools. Myott- Beebe also engages in diversity initiatives as an active member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association Minority Clerkship Committee and the Rhoades McKee Diversity Committee.
Myott-Beebe earned her Bachelor of Arts from Grand Valley State University Honors College and her Juris Doctor from University of Illinois College of Law.
