Rhoades McKee is pleased to announce that Tysean Hendrix, Erykah Ross, and Peter Veldkamp have joined the firm to complete the summer associate program.

Tysean Hendrix previously completed Rhoades McKee’s Summer Clerk Program in 2019.  He returns to the firm after completing his second year of law school at Michigan State University College of Law with an expected graduation date of 2021.  He has worked as a community assistant for a residential housing complex and as a student athlete tutor.  He is also a member of the Black Law Student Association.  Hendrix earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University.

Erykah Ross currently attends Michigan State University College of Law with an expected graduation date of 2022. She is a member of the Black Law Student Association, a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, and a graduate advisor and past president of MSU Daughters of the Collective. Ross received her undergraduate degree from Michigan State University. She is a participant in the Grand Rapids Bar Association Floyd Skinner Minority Clerkship Program.

After graduating from Calvin College and becoming a CPA, Peter Veldkamp worked as an Assurance Associate with BDO.  He is currently attending Michigan State University Law School with an expected graduation date of 2021. Last summer, he worked as a bankruptcy extern with the State of Michigan.
