Rhoades McKee is pleased to announce that attorney James Enright has joined the law firm.
James joins Rhoades McKee as a member of the Environmental and Natural Resources Law Team.
James represents businesses and individuals in disputes over natural resource development and use, in overcoming obstacles tied to development and use of contaminated property, and in facing government investigations or legal actions involving the environment or natural resources. These matters can range from practical questions, like estimating liquid waste from a proposed high school, to complex regulatory determinations, such as identifying when a solvent used in an industrial process becomes regulated hazardous waste.
“I’m excited to join Rhoades McKee and a team that shares my commitment to helping clients navigate environmental issues,” stated Enright.
A graduate of the University of Wisconsin, James has served in a number of different positions with the State Bar of Michigan, and is currently the Co-Chair of the Hazardous Substances and Brownfields Committee. His peers have recognized his quality work, as he has been named a Best Lawyers in America® in Environmental Law.
