As of today, both medical and recreational marijuana are illegal under federal law. On November 6, voters will cast their ballots on Michigan Proposal 1, the Marijuana Legalization Initiative. The Proposal will allow adults aged 21 years or older to possess and use marijuana for recreational purposes.
Opioids and addictions are also serious issues. It has a huge impact on the workplace, the cost of health care and the family unit.
