About Clayton

What types of legal issues do you help individuals and businesses resolve?

As an attorney on the Business and Corporate Services Team, I assist businesses and individuals with navigating the various components of the corporate legal landscape including but not limited to entity formation, tax disputes, trademark applications and maintenance, due diligence, and drafting technology privacy policies.

What skills help you advise the client and achieve the best results or outcomes?

There are many skills an attorney needs to help clients navigate the various legal problems they face. Hard skills like research, writing, and general legal knowledge are, of course, necessary. However, soft skills such as communication, creativity, and problem-solving are where exceptional attorneys set themselves apart regarding the value and services they can provide clients.

What case did you find the most rewarding to work on?

I find business-to-business transactions the most rewarding types of cases to work on. Business owners are faced with many issues and unique situations on a daily basis, and I take great pride in assisting them through those issues and situations.
