Rhoades McKee is pleased to announce that Colin Bennett and J. Clayton Burnheimer have joined the firm.
Colin Bennett
Bennett joins Rhoades McKee as an Associate on the Real Estate Law and Business and Corporate Law Teams. He routinely assists in selling, acquiring, and leasing industrial, commercial, and warehouse properties. Additionally, Bennett advises closely held businesses on business planning, entity formation, and corporate governance.
Bennett is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce. He earned his undergraduate degree from Hope College and his law degree from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law.
J. Clayton Burnheimer
As an Associate on the Business and Corporate Law Team, Burnheimer assists businesses and individuals with navigating the various components of the corporate legal landscape including entity formation, tax disputes, trademark applications and maintenance, due diligence, and drafting technology privacy policies.
Burnheimer earned his undergraduate degree from Michigan State University and his law degree from the Michigan State University College of Law. He is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce.
