About Nikki

How do you help businesses and individuals?

As an attorney on the Real Estate Law Team, I assist clients with navigating a variety of real estate transactions, including commercial and residential sales and acquisitions, leasing and seller financed acquisitions, and real estate development projects of all sizes.

What sets you apart from other lawyers in your practice field?

Before attending law school, I worked in the legal field for many years as a Real Estate Paralegal. I routinely assisted with document preparation and review for purchases, sales, leases, and developments. In addition, I communicated directly with title and survey professionals to help coordinate due diligence efforts through closing preparations for real estate transactions. This experience has given me a unique perspective on legal matters, and the ability to focus on the client’s specific goals to provide legal services cost-effectively and efficiently.

What case did you find the most rewarding to work on?

Each transaction is like a puzzle with its own unique and distinctive features. It’s rewarding when we can help our clients achieve their goals and work to smooth out roadblocks encountered along the way. I am proud to be able to aid our clients in being a part of those personal and varied goals.

Q: Is it true that the client is always right?

A:

The client’s perspective is an integral part of understanding the issue at hand. However, legal issues can take a turn and aren’t always what they first appear to be. Clients have critical matter knowledge, and I bring my legal expertise and experience. Together, we can find the best path forward.
