Nikki Cushman Joins Rhoades McKee’s Real Estate Law Team

Rhoades McKee is pleased to announce that Nikki Cushman has joined the firm as an Associate and member of the Real Estate Law Team.

As an attorney on the Real Estate Law Team, Cushman assists clients with navigating various real estate transactions, including commercial and residential sales and acquisitions, leasing and seller financed acquisitions, and real estate development projects of all sizes.

Before becoming a lawyer, Cushman was a Real Estate Paralegal at Rhoades McKee, where she assisted with document preparation and review for purchases, sales, leases, and developments and routinely communicated directly with title and survey professionals to help coordinate due diligence efforts through closing preparations for real estate transactions. This experience gives Cushman a unique perspective on legal matters and the ability to understand the client’s specific goals.

A graduate of Hillsdale College and Western Michigan University Thomas M. Cooley Law School, Cushman is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the Grand Rapids Chamber, the State Bar of Michigan, and the West Michigan Chapter of Commercial Real Estate Women.
