Senior Human Resources Generalist

Rhoades McKee seeks to fill a full-time Senior Human Resources Generalist position. Responsibilities include implementing and administering human resources objectives, including, but not limited to: compensation, benefits, onboarding/offboarding, talent acquisition and development, performance reviews, employee relations, workers compensation, leaves of absence and employee compliance. Successful candidates will have, minimally, a bachelor’s degree in HR (or similar field), three to five years of broad-based HR generalist experience and SHRM or HRCI certification.
