Human Resources Manager

Rhoades McKee is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will provide direction, guidance, leadership, and support to all members of the firm regarding human resources relative to the mission and strategic goals established by the Chief Operating Officer and the Executive Committee.  Duties include the application of personnel policies, managing procedures for processing human resources transactions, the explanation and interpretation of rules, policies, and procedures; and the use of software and payroll systems to complete the tasks. Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have three years of experience in Human Resources plus a bachelor’s degree or seven years of experience in Human Resources. Previous legal industry experience is a plus. Real Estate Paralegal

Rhoades McKee has an exciting new opportunity available for a Real Estate Paralegal. Candidates interested in this role will have the opportunity to assist attorneys on our highly specialized team in representing clients regarding a broad spectrum of real estate matters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist attorneys with various tasks and provide administrative support on a daily basis for multiple initiatives and projects.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, and clients’ in-house and outside counsel, other paralegals, title companies, and lender representatives.
  • Maintain closing checklists and generally manage the closing process in conjunction with the attorney team, including organizing and compiling signature pages and recordable documents.
  • Order title commitments, surveys, appraisals, and other due diligence items and track due diligence and related timelines.
  • Draft basic real estate documents, including closing documents, resolutions, certificates, closing instructions, and other closing deliverables.
  • Review, analyze and prepare memoranda regarding surveys and title commitments.
  • Other duties and opportunities as they arise.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of real estate paralegal experience. Candidates must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to successfully manage multiple priorities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

Records Clerk

Rhoades McKee is looking to hire a full-time Records Clerk. This exciting opportunity will have you working in a number of different capacities with employees across the firm. This role will be responsible for managing all of the Firm’s documents, including policy development, managing records projects, maintaining electronic records, handling physical files, providing excellent customer service to internal and external customers or clients, and assisting with other duties in the Central Services Department as necessary.

Qualifications

Successful candidates will have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree with preference given to candidates who specialize in records management, with 2-4 years of previous records management experience required. Candidates must have robust technology, customer service, and administrative skills. Previous legal experience is a plus.
