Litigation Legal Assistant

Rhoades McKee is seeking a Legal Assistant to join our Litigation Team. The primary responsibilities of this position will be to assist our attorneys with administrative tasks and provide our clients with exceptional service.

Responsibilities Include

  • Prepare and organize case files, ensuring all documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Communicate with clients, including conducting client intake and follow-ups.
  • Prepare documents and forms by completing initial drafts and processing edits.
  • Draft and review legal correspondence, including proofreading grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting.
  • Prepares, issues, and handles tracking and disposition of subpoenas or other requests for information.
  • Assist with trial preparation by organizing exhibits and performing other tasks.
  • Track case status for events scheduled in assigned cases.
  •  Communicate with clients regarding the status of their case and to send and receive documents.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Environmental Attorney

Central Services Assistant

Rhoades McKee is seeking a full-time Central Services Assistant to join our team! This role’s primary responsibilities include assisting in administration tasks relating to the Firm’s back office and facility needs.

Responsibilities

  •  Ensure accurate and efficient review and distribution of firm mail and deliveries.
  • Support the firm and clients by handling deliveries and errands.
  • Monitor incoming faxes and distribute them to staff/firm.
