The Turnaround Management Association of West Michigan has elected David Bevins to serve as a Board Member for a three year term.

A shareholder at Rhoades McKee, Bevins concentrates his practice in the area of commercial transactions serving the finance and banking industry.  He assists organizations to navigate the commercial transaction experience, from facilitating the development of effective agreements on the front-end to providing resolutions when problems arise.  He frequently lectures, including at the Turnaround Management Association and the Bankruptcy Section of the Federal Bar Association West District of Michigan.

Bevins is also chair of the firm’s Financial Institution Services Practice Group.  He is committed to the West Michigan Community and serves as the President of the Board of Holy Family Radio in Grand Rapids.

He is a cum laude graduate of both Wayne State University School of Law and Western Michigan University.
