She also provides corporate and real estate counsel to business clients including real estate acquisitions, development and management.

“By joining Rhoades McKee, I am able to offer a full suite of legal services with a unique, competitive and cost-effective advantage.  Best of all, our office and staff will remain intact as we continue to serve our clients and the community from the same location at 150 West Court Street, Hastings, Michigan.  This allows me to continue living, working, and supporting development opportunities in Hastings, Barry County, and the surrounding communities, “said Fekkes.

A founding member and treasurer of Serenity Village of Barry County, Fekkes also currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of Green Gables Haven, a shelter for victims of domestic abuse that she helped to establish in 2004.  A founding member and current member of the Women’s Giving Circle of Barry County, she is also a member of the Ethics Committee –  Pennock-Spectrum Health Board and a member of Barry Community Foundation Grant Committee.
