Rhoades McKee Welcomes Neil Kimball and Dan Parmeter

Rhoades McKee is pleased to announce that attorneys Neil Kimball and Dan Parmeter have joined the law firm as shareholders.

Neil joins Rhoades McKee as a member of the Estate Planning and Administration, Business and Corporate Law, and Real Estate Law Teams. Representing individuals and businesses since 1984, Neil specializes in estate and gift tax planning, estate planning, probate administration, business succession planning, and real estate law.

“I believe my move to Rhoades McKee will provide my clients with a broad range of services and excellent support,” stated Kimball.

Neil is a current member of the American Bar Association, the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan, and the Western Michigan Estate Planning Council. He actively engages in the West Michigan community as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Foundation in Support of the Association for the Blind & Visually Impaired, a past Chairman of the Board for the Arbor Circle Corporation, and a past President of Camp Blodgett.

Selected by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as a Leader in the Law in 2017, Neil has been named a Best Lawyers in America®, a Michigan Super Lawyers®, and a Top Lawyer by Grand Rapids Magazine. He received his J.D. from Arizona State University College of Law and his B.S. from the University of Arizona.

Dan Parmeter

Dan joins Rhoades McKee as a member of the Business and Corporate Law and Real Estate Law Teams.

Dan concentrates his practice in both general business law and real estate law, including entity formations, mergers and acquisitions, finance, commercial transactions, construction, and real estate acquisition, sale, leasing and development.

“By joining the team at Rhoades McKee, I am able to work with a collaborative group of attorneys and have their support to provide expertise in a variety of specialty areas for clients, while continuing to offer exceptional service,” stated Parmeter.

A graduate of Case Western Reserve University Law School and Hope College, Dan is currently a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.
