Rhoades McKee represented Hy-Ko Products Company LLC, of Kalamazoo, Michigan, in purchasing substantially all assets of Hy-Ko Products Company, of Northfield, Ohio. Hy-Ko Products Company LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Midwest Fastener Corp., a Michigan-based fastener manufacturer that offers the industry’s most recognizable products, including nuts, bolts, anchors, deck & drywall screws, and specialty fasteners. Hy-Ko Products Company is a distributor of consumable, specialty hardware-related products and services, and is a premier supplier of numbers, letters & signs, keys, accessories and electrical specialty products to retailers and wholesalers.
This acquisition expands Midwest’s and Hy-Ko’s product offering and new market distribution throughout North America. The organizations share a common goal for superior customer care, long-term growth, and increased operational efficiencies. The expertise at both organizations will be retained and expanded to achieve these goals.
