According to Chambers, the team is known as a ”Grand Rapids-based firm with a robust commercial litigation group focusing on financial and accounting disputes, professional negligence actions, and many other contentious issues. According to interviews completed, the commercial litigation team “demonstrates a strong commitment to its clients,” further adding that “the team also possesses depth and strength in knowledge and responsiveness.” Chambers also specifically recognized Rhoades McKee attorney Paul McCarthy as a Leader in the Field.   He was acknowledged for his expertise in post-acquisition disputes and director liability actions.
